Kristen has learned over the years the value in helping a seller present the home in a way that is visually pleasing to a buyer in photos and in person. The extra time and effort put forward by a seller equates to substantial increases in sale prices.

​At the listing preparation appointment, Kristen offers advice and help to prepare a home to hit the market. This preparation ranges from re-arranging furniture so as to make a room feel larger, helping de-clutter, decorating item placement and suggestions for which improvements equal best return on the investment (painting, renovations, repairs etc).

Virtual Tour, Drone & Professional Photos


​Kristen hires a professional photography company who takes drone photos & interior and exterior photos of the property in addition to obtaining measurements of all the rooms. This data is sent to a drafting company who does a virtual tour layout of the home. This I-Guide allows the buyer to view the floor plan of the home, interior and exterior square footage, room measurements in addition to experiencing a virtual 360 degree tour of each room within the home. The photos, virtual tour and floor plans are compiled in a easy to send internet link that can easily be shared with potential buyers via text, email or social media platforms. You Tube Video/Drone Work​

Kristen hires an amazing videographer and drone specialist to take videos that feature the lot and home to promote on Youtube.com and social media platforms through creation of reels.

Signage

 Kristen installs a large white T wooden post sign that is clearly visible to traffic and is not easily removed from the property.  The use of smaller directional signage encourages potential “drive-by” buyers to take note of the property.

Feature Sheets

Kristen's package includes quality colour feature sheets for the listing which include numerous photos, room dimensions, property feature descriptions and inclusions. This pamphlet is helpful to provide to prospective buyers and is left on a holder on the sign and inside the property.
