Virtual Tour, Drone & Professional PhotosKristen hires a professional photography company who takes drone photos & interior and exterior photos of the property in addition to obtaining measurements of all the rooms. This data is sent to a drafting company who does a virtual tour layout of the home. This I-Guide allows the buyer to view the floor plan of the home, interior and exterior square footage, room measurements in addition to experiencing a virtual 360 degree tour of each room within the home. The photos, virtual tour and floor plans are compiled in a easy to send internet link that can easily be shared with potential buyers via text, email or social media platforms. Signage Kristen installs a large white T wooden post sign that is clearly visible to traffic and is not easily removed from the property. The use of smaller directional signage encourages potential “drive-by” buyers to take note of the property.
